계정 삭제 안내
기도의 눈물병(운영: 주식회사 비욘드스파크, Beyondspark Co., Ltd.) 계정을 지우는 방법과, 지울 때 사라지는 정보와 남는 정보를 알려 드립니다.
앱에서 지우기
- 앱에서 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 읽고 한 번 더 확인하면 바로 지워집니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
- 남은 유료 이용 시간이 있으면 먼저 환불 신청을 안내하며, 소멸에 동의해야 지울 수 있습니다.
앱 없이 지우기(앱을 지웠거나 쓸 수 없을 때)
- beyondspark.cio@gmail.com 로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목: 계정 삭제 요청
- 내용: 로그인한 방법(카카오·네이버·구글·애플·이메일)과 앱에 등록한 이메일 주소.
- 등록한 이메일로 본인인지 확인한 뒤, 요청을 받은 날부터 10영업일 안에 지우고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
지워지는 정보
- 로그인 정보와 추가 정보(이메일 주소, 만 16세 이상 확인, 알게 된 경로, 소식 받기 동의)
- 그 계정의 이용 시간(무료 체험·발자취·돌려받은 시간·충전한 시간)과 발자취 기록
- 함께 기도에 올린 기도제목(번역·신고·소식 포함)과 내 추천 코드
- 그 계정의 푸시 알림 주소
- 휴대폰 안의 기도 기록은 서버에 없습니다. 앱에서 지우면 그 휴대폰의 그 계정 기록도 함께 지우고, 앱을 지우면 휴대폰에서 사라집니다.
남는 정보와 보관 기간
- 결제·환불 기록: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년.
- 같은 계정·같은 휴대폰으로 무료 체험과 추천 보상을 다시 받는 것을 막기 위한 값: 로그인 회사와 회원 식별값의 해시, 기기 고유값의 해시와 체험 사용 표시, 계정 번호만 남긴 추천 관계 기록. 이 값만으로는 누구인지 알 수 없습니다.
- 함께 기도한 횟수: 누구인지 알 수 없게 연결을 끊어 남깁니다.

Delete your account
How to delete your Tears of Prayer account (operated by Beyondspark Co., Ltd., 주식회사 비욘드스파크), and what is deleted and what is kept. If this English text differs from the Korean above, the Korean prevails.
In the app
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Read the notice and confirm once more. The account is deleted right away and cannot be restored.
- If you have paid time left, we first guide you to request a refund; you can delete only after agreeing that it will be lost.
Without the app (if you removed it or cannot use it)
- Email beyondspark.cio@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request.
- Include how you logged in (Kakao, Naver, Google, Apple or email) and the email address registered in the app.
- After confirming it is you through the registered email, we delete the account within 10 business days of your request and let you know.
What is deleted
- Login information and additional information (email address, age confirmation, how you heard about us, news consent)
- The account's usage time (free trial, footprints, returned time, purchased time) and footprint records
- Prayer requests you posted in Pray together (with translations, reports and news) and your referral code
- The account's push notification addresses
- Prayer records on your phone are not on our server. Deleting in the app also deletes that account's records on the phone; removing the app removes them from the phone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and refund records: 5 years, as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Values that stop the same account or phone from taking the free trial or referral rewards again: hashes of the login company and member ID, a hash of the device ID with a free-trial mark, and referral records with account numbers only. These values cannot identify you by themselves.
- The number of people who prayed for a request: kept with the link to any person removed.
